Summer Vibes

This spring, I embarked on an exciting journey to write my first novel, fueled by dreams of sharing my story with the world by Fall 2025. However, as life often teaches us, some goals evolve. I made a heartfelt decision to embrace the summer by creating cherished memories with my family. We ventured to the enchanting Black Hills, SD, where we spent a magical week in June, soaking in the beauty of nature and each other’s company. In July, we focused on our home, completing much-needed projects while relishing the simple joys of being together.

As I remain dedicated to finishing "Blue Tailfeathers," I realize that the moments shared with loved ones are irreplaceable. I hope that anyone following my journey can appreciate the time and commitment it takes to write a novel, but also understand the importance of savoring the beautiful, fleeting moments of family life. After all, it is these experiences that often inspire the stories we tell.
